Audition Requirements (Graduate)

The deadlines for receipt of all graduate audition materials are:

     November 15, 2021 – for admission in Spring 2022
     March 2, 2022 – for Regular Decision for admission in Fall 2022

Graduate Audition Requirements

Please prepare to meet all audition requirements for your intended performance area and instrument or voice. To view your audition requirements, select your instrument/program type from the Section Menu above or at left (depending on the screen size of the device you are using).

All graduate audition materials are to be performed from memory.

All applications to the Graduate program must be approved by the Department of Music Executive Committee. The Department of Music reserves the right to require any additional tests, performances, and/or interviews deemed necessary to fully evaluate any incoming student or to award Graduate Classification.
